Refund & Cancellations

We, at Red Flow fuel Additives, are working hard tirelessly to provide you with the highest level of customer satisfaction. Our products once opened cannot be repackaged or resold due to high level of commitment towards quality. We do not accept returns on open merchandise. However, only in unusual circumstances, if the product is damaged during product delivery then we offer replacement of the product. Product damage should be reported to us within 12 hours. You have to self-ship the product to our address. We will issue a store of Rs.150 in your wallet account or special Discount coupon of one-time use. Is Provided which you can use for future purchases. Once we receive the product, we will perform quality checks and issue replacement/store credit as per your requirement. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products. Redline additives is not responsible for damage after delivery of product. Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete. All claims for damages or missing items must be reported to customer service within 12 hours of delivery. Post 12 hours we will not be entitled to process your request. Damages caused upon negligence or incorrect application cannot be covered under the Returns Policy.
No exchange or return can be processed in case of, dislikes of fragrance or colour variations.

Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed through https://redlineadditives.com/ can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Post completion of 2 hours, orders will not be cancelled and no refunds will be made.
