We at Red Flow Fuel Additives promise our patrons one of the best experiences of online shopping that is hassle free and reliable. We take care of all parameters that ensure your delivery reaches you in a sound state.

All the orders placed will be processed and dispatched from the warehouse in 1-2 working days on the stock availability.

Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request on official mail id support@redlineadditives.com

We will send replacements if product is found damaged. Complaints must be received within 12 hours of delivery. If complaints are approved, we will ship the item replacements soon after. For unapproved complaints, you can send the items back to our office at your expense. If the error is found to be ours, we will send the replacements and reimburse the shipping fee.

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully processed. & You will also receive email/sms with tracking number & delivery company name mentioned. You may check the status of your order at any time by tracking via delivery partner tracking page.

Orders of in-stock items are shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days after payment received.

The tentative delivery period varies from 7-10 days. However, the actual delivery time may vary due to Shipping Partners.

We charged shipping on all prepaid orders. If you choose COD payment method Not Available, we levy a Rs. 69/- charge for every order.
